基于HJ-1A/1B-CCD数据的洪灾定量评估研究

摘要 HJ卫星是我国发射的世界上第1个专门用于环境监测的卫星。利用该卫星影像数据,可识别地面水体、陆地等信息。在GIS支持下,通过比较洪涝前后水体、陆地信息,可获取不同土地利用类型的洪涝面积,从而定量评估洪涝灾害。在归纳HJ数据洪涝灾害监测评估流程的基础上,以2010年7月中旬发生在洪湖市的洪涝灾害为实例,分析了基于HJ数据的洪涝监测的效果。结果表明,HJ数据可用于洪涝灾害定量评估,且精度较高。 HJ satellite is the first special environmental monitoring satellite launched by China in the world and by utilizing their images data, the information of water body and land can be identified. With the support of GIS and through comparing the change information of water body and land before and after flood, the flood inundated areas of the different land type can be obtained for quantitatively evaluating the flood disaster. Based on summarizing the flood disaster evaluation process with HJ data, and taking the flood disaster occurred in Honghu Lake area in July, 2010 as a practical case, we analyzed the monitoring and e- valuation effect of flood disaster by HJ data. The analysis results show that HJ data can be used in flood disaster evaluation and the evaluation accuracy is high. In addition, the problems in the monitoring and evaluation of flood disaster are also discussed.
