轮式铣刨机电辅助驱动系统速度匹配分析

摘要 以轮式铣刨机为研究对象,针对前桥驱动牵引力不足的情况进行后轮电辅助驱动,在对铣刨机辅助驱动运动学研究的基础上,设计了电辅助驱动速度匹配策略,建立了该铣刨机电辅助驱动的数学模型,并运用Simulink模块对其进行了仿真分析。结果表明:前、后轮速度匹配策略确实可行。 Based on the research of wheeled milling machine, the scheme of power auxiliary drive system on rear wheel was designed due to the deficiency of front axle traction. The theory about dynamics of wheeled milling machine was analyzed, so was the front and rear wheel speed matching. The mathematical model of milling machine's auxiliary drive system was built, and the simulation was conducted by the Simulink module of MATLAB. The results show that the strategy of front and rear wheel speed matching has been feasible.
