基于社会化媒体的突发事件应急信息共享研究综述

The Literature Review of Information Sharing Research for Emergency Respond Based on Social Media

社会化媒体在突发事件应急的信息共享中正起着越来越重要的作用,很多研究也从不同角度获得了很多成果,但至今缺乏针对这一研究领域的系统综述。为此,分四个方面对相关研究进展情况做了梳理和评述:社会化媒体信息在应急信息共享中的应用、信息传播、知识提取及信息内容信任问题,每一部分都指出了目前的研究进展、研究不足及未来研究方向。为了更好地理解社会化媒体在应急管理中的应用,最后还提出了目前需要加强研究的其它三类重要问题。

Social media is on the rise for sharing various types of crisis information in emergency management, and there has been a lot of research work done by scholars from different perspectives. However, there has not a systematic literature review to date yet. To fill the gap, this study reviews the previous work in four aspects, including the problems of the application analysis, information diffusion, knowledge extraction and content trustworthiness of social media information in emergency response condition. Deficiencies of the current research and future research trend are discussed in every aspect, and in order to contribute to better application of social media in emergency management, the paper also points out three other important issues lacking of sufficient current research.
