Comprehensive Evaluation on Knowledge Discovery Network Platform of CNKI Based on User Experience

中国知网KDN知识发现网络平台于2012年9月正式投入使用,通过用户体验测试分别从感官体验、功能体验、交互体验三个角度对KNS与KDN两个版本进行对比分析,总结新平台的优缺点并提出建议,以期为用户揭示新平台的功能和特性,为其改进和提升提供参考和借鉴。

KDN （ Knowledge Discovery Network Platform） of CNKI was put into use in September, 2012. KNS and KDN are compared and analyzed based on user experience of sensory experience, functional experience , interactive experience in this paper to sum up the ad- vantages and disadvantages of the new platform and to put forward suggestions, thus help to reveal the characteristics of the new platform and offer reference and suggestion for its improvement.
