天然气多孔介质预混燃烧污染物排放实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对天然气在双层多孔介质燃烧器中预混燃烧烟气中污染物(一氧化氮、二氧化氮、一氧化碳)体积分数进行实验测量,实验采用不同的热功率(5.0、6.0、6.5kW)、当量比(0.40~0.91)、粒径组合(1.0mm与3.0mm、1.5mm与3.0mm)。根据实验结果,对热功率、当量比、粒径组合对多孔介质预混燃烧烟气中污染物体积分数的影响进行了分析。 The volume fractions of pollutants (NO, NO2 and CO ) in flue gas from natural gas premixed combustion in double-layer porous media burner are measured. The different thermal powers of 5.0, 6.0 and 6.5 kW, equivalence ratios of 0.40 to 0.91 and particle combinations of 1.0 mm with 3.0 mm and 1.5 mm with 3.0 mm are used in the experi- ment. According to the experimental result, the influ- ence of the thermal powers, equivalence ratios and par- ticle combinations on the volume fractions of pollutants in flue gas from premixed combustion in porous media analyzed
