Study on HAZOP for No.4 Oil and Gas Processing Plant of Hope Oilfield in Kazakstan

The study on HAZOP for No.4 Oil and Gas Processing Plant of Hope Oilfield in Kazakstan is carried out in order to reduce engineering design defects and enhance project risk management.The practical application shows that the study on HAZOP gives good guidance for the follow-up stages including design,procurement,construction,production,maintenance and operational management.It also raises the integral safety,reliability and operability of that engineering construction project.
