摘要
通过对结蜡机理、管材对结蜡的影响、流速对结蜡的影响、结蜡量与含水率的关系、温度对结蜡的影响等方面进行室内实验研究,同时引入原油失流点测试研究,对高含水油不同状态下的集输性能进行分析实验,初步确定了原油低温集输界限,经现场应用取得了较好的节能效果和社会效益。
Based on the indoor experiments about paraffin deposition mechanism,the research and analysis are carried out including effect of pipeline material on paraffin deposition,effect of flow velocity on paraffin deposition,relation between paraffin deposition amount and water content ratio,effect of temperature on paraffin deposition.And combined with the tests of crude oil no-flow points and the oil and gas gathering and transportation performances of the high water content crude oil under different states,the threshold of the low temperature transportation is preliminarily determined.Field application of the research results shows it has better energy-saving effect and social benefit.
