摘要
现有摆式倾角传感器的一次转换结果为模拟量,存在漂移、非线性等问题,信号调理多环节可能带来累积误差。为此设计了一种扫描式真数字倾角传感器,以重力摆的方向为基准,在摆和底座上各安装1个光电传感器,1个扫描圆盘转动时依次通过2个光电传感器的凹槽,得到两列脉冲,检测它们的时差计算2个光电传感器的相对角位移得到倾角值,由于1次转换结果即为数字量,并使用比值计算法,因此不存在漂移和非线性,对试验模型作精密度实验,表明重复性良好,是一种真正意义的数字式倾角传感器,为倾角测量提供了一种低成本方案。
The primary converting result of the existing pendulum inclination sensor was analog quantity, who has the problems of drift and nonlinear. Signal conditioning in some steps can bring the cumulative errors. A kind of scanning true digital angle sensor was designed in order to solving these problems. The direction was referenced to the gravity pendulum. The pendulum and the foundation were equipped with a photosensor. When a scanning disk passes through the indentations of two photosensor in turn, two columns of pulses are achieved. To count their time difference and to compute the relative angle shift of two photosensor can get the inclination. Because the primary converting result is digital and the ratio computing algorithm, there is un-shifi and nonlinear. The model is tested in the precise experiments. It is concluded that the device has good repeatability. The device is a kind of scanning true digital angle sensor, and provides a lower cost product.
