摘要
为了实现光纤传感高温测量,利用低功耗单片机MSP430G2553作为主控芯片,利用轨至轨运算放大器作为信号处理单元,设计了信号调理电路,设计了单片机程序及上位机程序。以测量电炉丝温度的升降过程为例,给出了系统的实时测量曲线。加入了无线通信模块NRF24L01,实现了非接触远程测量,测量精度为±0.5℃,测量范围为400~1 200℃.测量次数为50次/s,满足各高温测量应用场合。
In order to achieve high temperature measurement of the optical fiber sensing, a low-power microcontroller MSP430G2553 was used as the master chip. The signal conditioning circuit was designed which used a rail-to-rail operational amplifier as a signal processing unit and the microcontroller program and host computer program were compiled. Taking the changing processes of measuring the temperature of the heating wire as example, the system's real-time measurement curve was provided. The wireless communication module NRF24L01 was added to achieve non-contact remote measurements. The measurement accuracy is ± 0. 5 ~C and measurement range is from 400 ℃ to 1200 ℃. The survey frequency is fifty and completely meets the requirements of high temperature measurement applications.
