摘要
玻璃幕墙结构胶的质量直接影响幕墙结构的可靠性,结构胶的质量检测是评价幕墙整体的安全性和耐久性的重要组成部分。通过对目前的几种结构胶无损检测技术进行介绍和比较,并综合考虑检测方法的效率、准确性、实用性,认为超声波检测法是最有前途的方法,X-射线检测法和红外线检测法也具有较好的发展前景。最后,对结构胶无损检测今后的发展提出了相关建议。
The performance of structural sealant has a significant impact on the reliability of glass curtain walls, and the quality testing of the structural sealant plays a critical role in assessing the safety and durability of the walls. This paper conducts an extensive literature review on the existing non-destructive testing technologies. It is found that, considering the efficiency, accuracy, and practicality, the ultrasonic testing is the most promising, followed by X-ray and infrared technologies. Suggestions for future development in non- destructive testing technologies of structural sealant are also presented.
