摘要 参考粉煤灰标准(GB1596)中有关粉煤灰28 d抗压强度比的方法,进行了不同CFBC脱硫灰的活性试验,分析了CFBC脱硫灰中SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、Fe2O3、SO3及烧失量等化学成分指标;45μm筛余量、平均粒径、比表面积等粒度指标;需水量比等指标与CFBC脱硫灰活性的相关性。结果表明:CFBC脱硫灰的化学成分、粒度、需水量比等指标都对其活性有影响,但是单个因素与CFBC脱硫灰的活性相关度都较低,CFBC脱硫灰掺加到水泥混凝土里所起的作用是所有因素共同作用的结果。 The activity of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) fly ashes was tested according to the means of 28 days compressive strength ratio in Chinese Fly Ash Standard (GB1596). And the relationship between the activity of CFBC fly ash and the chemical compositions such as SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, SO3 and loss of ignite;granularity factors such as 45 μm sieve residue, mean diameter and specific surface area; and the water requirement ratio was analyzed. The results indicate that the activity of CFBC fly ash was influenced by the composition, the granularity, and the water requirement ratio, but the relativity was low. The contributions of CFBC fly ash to the cement or concrete are made by above all factors.
