摘要
通过对丙三醇的改性实验,得到改性丙三醇再与十二烷基磺酸钠进行复合得到矿渣复合助磨剂,通过实验发现,在丙三醇与甲酸的摩尔比为1∶1.4,硫酸的用量为0.30%,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2.5 h得到的改性丙三醇助磨效果优异。当改性丙三醇与十二烷基磺酸钠的摩尔比为4时,得到的矿渣助磨剂表现最好。通过对复合的矿渣助磨剂实验发现,当助磨剂掺入量在0.04%情况下,对高掺量矿渣强度以及助磨性能提高最佳,并通过XRD和SEM分析了对水泥水化的影响。
Through modification experimental of glycerol, slag grinding aids was prepared by modified glycerol and sodium dodeeyl sulfate. The experiment discovered, when the molar ratio of glycerin and formic acid is 1 : 1.4, sulphurle acid is 0. 30%, and the reaction temperature is 85℃, reaction time is 2. 5 h,grinding effect of the modified glycerol will work well. When the molar ratio of modified glycerol and sodium dodecyl sulfate is 4 ,the performance of slag grinding aids is the best. When the incorporation of the grinding aid is 0. 04% ,slag grinding aids experiment found that it has been improved for high content slag strength and grinding performance. And the impact of the cement hydration through XRD and SEM analysis.
