摘要
通过实验研究和有限元软件仿真模拟等方法,将M型低温热水地面辐射采暖模块采暖方式与传统低温热水地面辐射采暖方式进行对比分析。结果表明,M型低温热水地面辐射采暖模块以其特殊结构及骨料,在保证了抗压强度符合要求的条件下,传热效率更高,生产、施工成本更低,经济效益更好。
By methods of experimental study and simulation of finite element software, we have comparative analysis on traditional low temperature hot water floor radiant heating module and M-type low temperature hot water floor radiant heating module. The results show that the M-type low temperature hot water floor radiant heating module, with its special structure and aggregate and under the required conditions of the compressive strength, has higher heat transfer efficiency,lower costs of construction & production, and better economic benefits.
