Study on How to Enhance the Level of Introducing Foreign Investment in Tianjin

随着我市招商引资规模的不断扩大,利用外资的质量与水平也相应提高,但仍存在利用不均衡等问题。本文在分析我市招商工作面临的形势,借鉴国内外开发区招商先进理念与经验的基础上,提出了扩大开放与优化环境并重,引资、引技、引智相结合,制造业和服务业招商协同并进等一系列提高招商引资工作的新思路与新举措。

With expansion of the investment scale, the level of introducing the foreign capitals has been enhanced, but there are still problems existing like imbalance on utilization. The article, based on analyzing the current situation of attracting investment in Tianjin and borrowing advanced ideas from other development zones at home and abroad, puts forward a series of new ideas and measures to push the work of attracting outside investment, such as paying equal attention to deepening opening up and optimizing the environment; integrating making bringing in funds with technology and talent; foreign capital attraction on manufacturing industry same time.
