摘要
不论是复合型人才培养模式还是特色专业教育无一例外的强调学生的实践能力与创新能力的培养,但在教育实践研究中多是以施教者的角度加以研究,鲜有从学生视角探究学生实践与创新能力教育现状。本课题通过对一些在校大学生的调查反馈情况,分析了学生实践能力和创新能力的现状调研分析以及制约大学生创新能力瓶颈因素,并从学生视角探究推动复合型人才培养措施,以期对我国高等教育模式的转型做些许推动。
Education of either inter-disciplinary talents or feature specialty lays great importance on training of students' practical and innovative ability. In practice, however, most studies in this respect are conducted from the perspective of teachers, while few researches are done from the students' point of view. Based on a survey feedback from a number of college students, this article makes an analysis on the current situation of students' ability in practice and innovation and the bottleneck restricting cultivation of creative ability. Some measures to promote training of inter- disciplinary talents are suggested from the angle of students in hopes of giving some impetus to transformation of China's higher education.
