食品安全评价指标设定方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 食品安全评价是食品安全监管的一项重要内容,而食品安全评价指标的选定与精简又是食品安全评价工作的重点和难点。针对这一问题,本文采用粗糙集理论,利用可分辨矩阵和正域概念提出了一种精简食品安全评价指标的新方法。该方法在保持原食品安全信息系统分类能力的前提下,通过属性约简方法发现数据中蕴涵的知识模式,精简食品安全评价指标,构建简约明了的食品安全评价体系。实验表明本算法是有效可行的。 Food safety assessment is one of the important contents in food safety supervision and management. And more, food safety assessment index selection and reduction is a spot and hard problem in food safety assessment. To deal with it, a new method was proposed by discernable matrix and positive area based on rough set. Under the condition of maintaining the classification capacity, finding the potential knowledge model and reducing the food safety assessment indexes for building the concise the food safety evaluation system. Experimental results indicate the algorithm was efficient and effective.
