摘要
结合实例简要介绍该系统的设计与实现的方法。通过VB和GRADS混合编程开发出的NCEP FNL分析资料本地化应用系统,可以将NCEP FNL资料的解码、读取、计算、输出等过程结合起来,简化繁琐的操作步骤,具有操作简便,界面友好,运行可靠的特点。它较好地实现了多时次、多垂直层次和多变量叠加集成显示,帮助预报员摆脱了因使用常规资料而带来的单一性、局限性,从而可以多角度地了解灾害性天气的形成原因及特征。
Based on experiments, the article briefly introduces how to design and implement the Localized Application System of NCEP FNL data analysis. Developed upon the combined programming of VB and GRADS, this system can decode, read, calculate and output the data of NCEP FNL. It simplifies the complicated operating process, thus having features of simplicity, user-friendliness, and reliable operation. It realizes a multi time, multi vertical level and multi-variant integrated display. Therefore it can help forecasters to avoid the singularity and limitation caused by using conventional data, and understand the causes and characteristics of the formation of severe weather from various perspectives.
