摘要
浙江大学于2010年推进了"教师岗位分类管理"的人事制度改革。根据该方案,专设教学为主岗。分析改革前后6年本科课堂教学质量变化,结果显示:本科课堂教学质量总体呈上升趋势;改革后,教师本科课堂教学优秀率达47.32%,较全校教师优秀率超出0.138 1,与改革前相比超出幅度提升13.29%,表明改革对浙江大学本科教学正产生积极影响。
In 2010 Zhejiang University launched the reform of personnel system " Classified Manage- ment of Teachers" Posts" . According to this program, the teaching is specially set as primary post. Analyzing Undergraduate classroom teaching quality changes for six years before and after the reform i the results show that the undergraduate classroom teaching quality generally presents an increasing tendency. After the reform, the excellence rate of teachers with teaching primary posts is 47. 32 percent, and exceeds 0. 138 1 more than the overall excellence rate of all teachers in the university. Compared with the pre - reform, the exceeding range enhances 13.29 percent. It demonstrates that the reform has exerted positive effects on the undergraduate teaching of Zhejiang University.
