摘要
开办"理科实验班"是边疆高校为适应少数民族地区经济快速发展的现实而进行的改革教育教学模式的一种有益尝试。文章从对实验班学生的学习习惯培养、教师的教学热情激发、人才培养方案制定等方面经验分析入手,对学校教学管理模式、培养定位等方面存在的问题做了深刻的反思与审视。
Establishing " Science Experimental Class" is a beneficial attempt of reforming education teaching mode in Frontier University to adapt to the reality of the rapid economic development in ethnic mi4nority areas. The paper analyzes the experience on training experimental class students learning habits, teachers teaching enthusiasm excitation, talent cultivation project estabhshment, etc. and then deeply reflects the problem of the school teaching management mode, training location and so on.
