摘要
电厂生产过程中存在各种热损失,尤其是循环冷却水携带的大量低位热能,在实际生产中很难直接再利用,往往直接排放到空气中,造成了环境的热污染和能源的浪费。热泵作为一种利用低温热源的节能装置,在余热回收和提高能源利用率方面日趋重要。结合热泵回收低温余热技术,分析了对集中供热系统进行节能改造的必要性和可行性,提出了利用汽轮机抽汽驱动吸收式热泵回收电厂循环水废热来初步预热供热回水的集中供热方法。经过技术经济性分析,证明此方法可行,具有环保、节能、节水等多重功效。
All kinds of heat loss is existed in the power plant, especially in the circulating cooling water carried large low temperature waste heat, which is hard for reuse. Therefore, this part of water is usually discharged directly into the environment just to cause seri- ous heat pollution as well as waste of too much energy. As an effective energy saving device, heat pump is qualified to be used in sav- ing energy and enhancing energy utilization. By the technology of heat pump, the importance and the feasibility of district heating sys- tem retifitting. It proposes a absorption heat pump of steam turbine extraction steam drive for recovering circulating water waste heat to be used to central heating. Through these analysis, it proves that the technology has many fuctions such as envirenmental, energy sav- ing and water saving.
