Discussion on Common Failure Analysis and Prevention Measures to Boiler Feed Pump

锅炉给水泵的给水温度较高,检修过程中,动、静部件间隙的配合和径向、轴向位置的调整是决定其检修质量的重要因素。针对大中型火力发电厂双筒多级给水泵的常见故障,并根据其特点,从检修、运行方面对机械密封故障、轴承故障、动、静部件碰磨故障等的预防措施进行了分析,通过技术探讨,为相关技术人员提供参考。

During repair process, with high temperature of boiler feedwater pump, dynamic, static parts clearance fit and radial, ax- ial position adjustment is the important factor for the quality of its maintenance decision. Aiming at the common faults of binocular multi-stage pump of large and medium-sized thermal power plant, with respect to fault characteristics, analysis is made on the me- chanical seal fault, bearing fault, rubbing fault and preventive measures both in the maintenance and in operation. Through technical study, it provides a reference for the related technical personnel.
