摘要
对500 kV输电线路近期发生的2次球头挂环断裂故障情况进行了介绍,通过对球头挂环金具受力和金相分析,得出了引起球头挂环金具断裂的原因,并为预防类似事件提出了更换球头挂环、双串绝缘子受力不均匀调平衡等反事故措施。
This paper introduces two ball head hanging ring fracture cases which occured to 500 kV transmission line. By analyzing the force and metallographic of the ball head hanging ring fittings, the causes of the fracture is summarized, and countermeasures are proposed to prevent this kind of fauhy cases, such as changing the ball head hanging ring and balancing the force to the dual-string in- sulator.
