摘要
介绍了环境监理概念及输变电工程环境监理意义,并从施工准备阶段、施工期及施工交工阶段论述了输变电工程各阶段环境监理实施要点。输变电工程普遍存在施工现场范围大、工期长的现象,在施工阶段易造成严重的植被破坏、水土流失和环境污染问题,做好环境监理能够更好地实现工程建设项目环保目标。
The article introduces the concept of environmental supervision and the importance of environmental supervision of power transmission and transformation project, and discusses the implementation of environmental supervision of each construction period. The power transmission and transformation projects have features of wide range construction site and long construction period, so it may cause serious damage to vegetation, soil erosion and environment, a good environmental supervision can better achieve construction project environment targets.
