盘条无酸洗拉拔技术及设备的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统酸洗工艺生产成本较高,操作不当易使盘条出现质量缺陷等不足,研究盘条无酸洗拉拔技术及设备。无酸洗拉拔技术是通过机械剥壳除鳞清除盘条表面的氧化铁皮,同时应用先进的压力模润滑工艺,改善润滑条件,取代酸洗和磷化。给出组成无酸洗拉拔机组的弯曲剥壳机、钢刷除锈机和润滑压力模装置的主要参数。弯曲剥壳机盘条最大进线直径14mm,延伸率7.7%,弯曲辊直径155mm;钢刷除锈机的钢刷尺寸8mm×150mm,最高转速2800r/min;润滑压力模装置中压力模的工作直径与配套的工作模直径相比略大0.3—0.5mm,冷却压力模与拉丝模及压力腔的水流量为1:2:4较为合适。 Abstract To research wire rod pickling free drawing technology and equipment aiming at the disadvantages of traditional pickling process production cost higher, improperly operation causes wire rod quality defects. The pickling free drawing technology is to clean wire rod surface oxide scale by adopting mechanical shell and phosphorus, using advanced pressure die lubrication process to improve lubricating condition and replace pickling and phosphating. The main parameters of ben- ding shell machine, steel brush descaling machine and lubricating pressure die device of pickling free drawing machine are given. The bending shell machine wire rod maximum entering diameter is 14 mm, elongation rate is 7.7% , bending roller diameter 155 ram, steel brush of descaling machine size is 8 mm x 150 mm, maximum rotation is 2 800 r/min. The work- ing diameter of pressure die in lubrication pressure die device is larger than matched working die diameter 0.3 - 0.5 mm, it is proper that the ratio of cooling pressure die to wire drawing die, pressure chamber is 1: 2: 4.
