摘要
介绍紧固件螺栓调质金相组织及评定标准。阐述常见的调质缺陷组织和热处理淬火缺陷组织形貌特征及产生原因。在实际生产应用中,可通过金相检验判定紧固件成品质量是否达标或确定各种缺陷分布状况和性质,分析产生缺陷的原因和各种工艺因素对质量的影响,为改进工艺提供依据。
Abstract To introduce fastener bolt quenching and tempering microstrueture and evaluation standard. The usual pattern feature cause of quenching and tempering defects structure and heat treatment quenching defect structure are explained. In actual production application, fastener finished product quality can be decided, each defect distribution condition and prop- erty can be identified by metallographic inspection. The reason of defects production and influence of eve~" process factol.'s on quality are analyzed, which provide basis for process improvement.
