井下巷道运输安全预警系统的开发

The Development of Safety Warning System for Underground Tunnel Transportation

该系统针对目前井下巷道运输中采取的安全保护措施,提出从源头防范安全隐患。系统利用红外传感器感知巷道内的人员活动,将信号传给核心控制器(PLC),再由核心控制器发出联锁信号作为绞车是否启动的前提条件。系统运行后可实现井下巷道不会出现"人车共行"的情况,从而达到安全预警的效果。

The system makes the security measures for the underground tunnel transport so as to prevent the threats from the sonree. It uses infrared sensors to perceive the staff activities within the tunnel, sent the signals to the core controller （PLC）, then is- sued the interlock signal by core controller as a prerequisite for whether starting the winch or not. It would have the result that the situa- tion of ＂people and vehicles were line＂ in the underground tunnel cannot occur when this system is running, so as to achieve the effect of security warning.
