摘要
以葛花、枳椇子、甘露醇和糊精等为原料,研究了具有醒酒效用咀嚼片的配方及制备工艺,通过正交实验确定了醒酒咀嚼片的最佳制备工艺为枳葛混合提取物20%、甘露醇30%、糊精10%,压片机的压力为6MPa,得到了口感、质地、风味、醒酒效果俱佳的产品。
The processing technology and formula of chew tablets made from flos puerariae, turnjujube, mannitol and dextrin were developed in this paper. The best processing technology and parameter were selected according to the experiment result. A kind of health chewing tablets with nice taste and sobering-up effect could be made.
