摘要
本研究测定了海绵胶煤炱菌过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的酶活力随着培养时间的变化情况,得出两种酶活力达到最高的培养时间分别是第12d和第10d。然后对该菌的多糖进行了提取与纯化,再用DPPH法探讨了不同多糖浓度的抗氧化活性,为该菌作为保健食品的应用提供了一定的理论基础。
This study measured the catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of Scorias spongiosa Along with the incubation time change, it concluded that the incubation time of the two highest enzyme activity was 12 and 10 days respectively. Then we extracted and purified the polysaccharide of Scorias spongiosa.At last, the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide concentration were discussed by the method of DPPH.This provided a certain theoretical basis for the application of Scorias spongiosa in health food industry.
