太原区域重点服务业企业发展现状及对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures on Taiyuan Regional Key Enterprises in the Service Sector

分析了目前杏花岭区重点服务业发展状况及特点,指出了杏花岭区重点服务业企业在运营的过程中存在资产、所有者权益、固定资产原价的增速落后于全市增速,企业运营成本增速较高而效益增速趋缓,各行业企业营利成本不均衡等问题,针对这些问题,提出了加快产业结构调整、整合零散服务业市场、提供人才保障、依法统计、建立服务业考核评价体系等促进重点服务业发展的建议和对策。

In this paper, the author analyzed the current development status and characteristics of key service in Xinghualing district industry, pointed out the Xinghualing District＇ s key services enterprises existing assets, equity, original value of fixed assets in the operation process of growth lagged behind the city＇ s growth.The enterprise operation cost growth rate is higher and the benefits of growth slowed, the industry profit cost is not balanced.Aiming at these problems, the author put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the key of development of service industry to speed up industrial restruc- turing, consolidation of the fragmented services market, provide the talent guarantee according to the statistics and the estab- lishment of service evaluation system.
