This paper introduced the design and analysis of damper installed between blades bases on spherical flexible scale model hub. The difficulties of installment were settled as the size of the scale model hub was small, and the problem of ground resonance with 4 meters model rotor test-bed was also settled. Appropriate size of the damper and performance parameters which meet requirement were designed.
