摘要
某型直升机在进行小重量发动机喘振试验试飞过程中,主桨毂下限动环出现了断裂故障。从结构断口处的金相分析、操纵和载荷测量数据分析、有限元应力分析等几个方面对故障产生的原因进行了定位,并给出了处理措施。
During the flight test of a helicopter engine surging characteristic, the down motion re- striction installation of main rotor hub was broken, the mechanism of the failure was found after the structure fracture examine by metallurgical, analysis of the flight measurement loads and the quantity of stick operated, and the technical measures was provided as well.
