汽车变速箱总成装配中的人因失误可控性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文在各种人因失误分类的基础上,对各类人因失误进行了可控性研究,给出了人因失误可控性评价指标体系及量化评价方法。在此基础上,对汽车变速箱总成装配过程中3种典型人因失误的可控性进行了研究,研究指出:汽车变速箱总成装配过程中,卡环漏装、同步环漏装和漏注润滑油这3种人因失误均属于可控性人因失误,并针对这3种人误的可控性进行量化评价,结果表明:这3种人因失误都超出综合评价指标下限,需要对其进行控制,且控制的先后顺序依次为:卡环漏装、同步环漏装和漏注润滑油。
