资质过剩研究回顾与展望 被引量:7

摘要 资质过剩现象近年来受到了国外学者广泛关注,国外学者已经证实资质过剩会导致员工产生负面工作态度和退缩性工作场所行为,甚至可能会影响工作绩效,但目前为止还没有足够的证据表明员工资质过剩会导致组织绩效下降。近两年学者们转而研究资质过剩对组织有利的一面并提倡积极管理资质过剩员工。本文试图通过系统地梳理国外相关研究文献,详细阐述资质过剩的概念、测量、前因后果,为后续研究提供参考。
