应用医院信息系统和Excel智能实现效期药品规范化管理

Intelligent Realization of Standardized Management of Drugs within Expiry Dates by Application of HIS and Excel

目的控制药品过期,保障患者用药安全、有效。方法根据效期药品管理实践及结合医院信息系统(HIS)具有将数据信息导入Excel功能,制作效期药品确认管理表,实行效期药品确认管理制度,加强效期药品工作管理系统化和规范化。结果通过将HIS系统对180 d内所有库存的效期药品制作的效期药品确认管理表,使所有近期和失效期药品一目了然。实施签字确认管理,有效提高了效期药品管理的责任性和管理强度,严格防止了近(3个月)、过期药品的库存,杜绝过期药品发售给患者使用的现象。结论应用HIS系统和Excel可智能实行效期药品规范化管理,科学化操作有效规范药品供应服务工作流程,杜绝药品过期现象,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To control the drug expiry for ensuring patient＇s medication safety and effectiveness. Methods According to the management practice of the drugs within expiry dates and combined with the hospital management system（HIS） with the function of guiding the data information into Excel, the management table for confirming the drugs within expiry dates was made, the management system for confirming the drugs within expiry dates was implemented,and the systematization and tandardization for the management of the drugs within expiry dates were strengthened. Results By making the managemnet table for confirming the valid drugs within 180 d in HIS,all the drugs near to expiry dates and expired dnxgs were clear at a glance. Implementing the management of signature for con- firmation effectively increased the responsibility and the management system of the drugs within expiry dates, strictly prevented the in- ventory of the drugs near to expiry dates （3 months） and expired drugs and completely eradicated the phenonmena of selling the ex- pired drugs to patients. Conclusion Application of HIS and Excel can intelligently realize the standardized management of the drugs within expiry dates, scientifical operation and effective standardization of the working process of the drugs supply survice, thoroughly eliminate the phenomenon of expired drugs and ensure the patient＇s medication safety.
