康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡47例

Clinical Study of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Rabeprazole in Treatment of Senile Peptic Ulcer

目的观察康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将94例胃溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组采用康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗,对照组单独采用雷贝拉唑治疗,对两组临床疗效和不良反应进行对比研究。结果治疗后溃疡径长两组均较本组治疗前明显下降,研究组下降更明显(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.28,P<0.05),幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)清除率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.05,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(χ2=0.68,P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑疗法能迅速改善老年人消化性溃疡的临床症状,既能增强胃黏膜的防御功能,加速溃疡愈合,又能有效根除HP感染,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer. Methods 94 cases of senile gastric ulcer and duodenal bnlbar ulcer were randomLy divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table. The study group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution combined with rabeprazole, while the control group was treated with rabeprazole alone. The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were conducted the com- parative study. Results The ulcer diameter after treatment in the two groups was significantly decreased than before treatment, but which in the study group was decreased more significantly compared with the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of ulcer healing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ,the dif- ference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The HP removal rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution combined with rabeprazole therapy can rapidly improve the clini- cal symptoms of senile peptic ulcer, not only can improve the gastric mucosal defensive function and accelerate the ulcer healing, but also can effectively eradicate the Hp infection ,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
