摘要 青年教师的专业成长是学校可持续发展的关键。文章以江苏省兴化市陈堡中心小学为例,探讨促进青年教师专业成长的"六段"工程,旨在为青年教师专业成长搭建科学化的发展平台,促使其从新手教师逐步向熟手教师甚至专家型教师转变。 The young teachers' professional development is the key to sustainable development of the school, the paper takes Xinghua city of Jiangsu Province, Chen Bao center primary school as an example, discuss how to promote the professional growth of young teachers of the "six stages" project, aiming at developing scientific platform for young teachers' Professional growth, gradually making them change from the novice teachers to the proficient teachers even the expert teachers.
