基于心理契约视角的大学教学团队有效运行机制探究

摘要 在大学教学团队建设过程中,心理契约反映了高校与教学团队成员之间一种隐性的主观心理约定。应从构建心理契约的角度出发,探索、构建有效的大学教学团队运行机制,最大限度地满足教学团队成员的心理期望,通过打造稳定、优质的教学团队,最终实现其自身良性、持续、健康发展。 In the construction process of university teaching team, the psychological contract reflects a recessive and subjective agreement between universities and university teaching team members. Therefore, from the construction of the psychological contract perspective, effective operation mechanism of university teaching team should be explored and established, also demand of the psychological expectation of university teaching team members should be met as much as possible. By creating a stable, high quality university teaching team, its own benign, sustained, healthy development will eventually be achieved.
