中小学教师队伍专业化建设的困境与对策分析——基于教师培训视角

Difficulties and Strategy Analysis of the Professional Teaching Staff in Primary and Secondary Schools——Based on the View of Teacher Training

从教师培训角度看,在我国中小学教育系统中,因科学谋划不够及培训机制不完善等因素影响了教师队伍专业化建设,本文尝试探讨通过加强统筹规划、增加经费、革新培训内容及创新培训模式等对策来克服以上困境。

Based on the view of teacher training, there are much difficulties such as insufficient scientific plans , inadequate training quality and imperfect mechanisms make it hard to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in the basic education system of our country. The author considers we can overcome difficulties through drawing up scientific training plans, giving more training fund and innovating course content and mechanisms of the teacher training.
