Discussion on Perfection of China′s Credit Rating Supervision System from Overseas Practical Perspective

通过梳理美国、欧盟、日本、韩国信用评级监管制度的改革进程,分析国外信用评级监管制度的演变趋势,发现对于信用评级的监管改革主要体现在监管法律体系的完善、监管机制的改革、利益冲突的解决几个方面。

By combing credit rating regulatory system reform process in the United States, European U-nion, Japan, South Korea,the authors analyze foreign credit rating regulatory system evolution trend and found that the regulatory reformof the credit rating is mainly reflected in three aspects of the improvement of the legal system supervision, regulatory reform, and a conflict of interest.
