农业信贷、财政支农对农业经济增长的影响研究:基于省际面板数据的分析

Effects of Agricultural Credit and Fiscal Agriculture Expenditure on Agricultural Economic Growth: An Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data of Provinces

本文对农业信贷、财政支农对农业经济增长影响的相关研究进行了回顾和梳理,在此基础上基于1998-2008年间全国31个省市的面板数据,构建了一个面板数据模型,对农业信贷、财政支农支出及两者的交互作用对农业经济增长的影响进行了实证分析,结果表明单纯增加财政支农支出并不能有效促进农业经济增长,农业信贷对农业经济有正影响作用,其与财政支农支出之间存在互补作用。最后,根据实证研究结果,提出了促进农业经济增长的相关政策建议。

This paper first reviews relevant studies on the effects of agricultural credit and fiscal agriculture expenditure on agricultural economic growth, and then constructs a panel data model based on the province-level panel data of China from 1998-2008.With this model, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the influence of agricultural credit, fiscal agriculture expenditure, and their interaction effect on agricultural economic growth. The results show that the fiscal agriculture expenditure has no influence on agricultural economic growth, that the agricultural credit has a positive impact on agricultural economic growth, and that their interaction term has a positive effect on agricultural economic growth. Based on the emnirical results, this vaner vosits volicv advice on vromoting am-icultural economic growth.
