摘要
针对氩氧精炼低碳铬铁生产过程中的喷溅现象,采用振动、音频传感器对喷溅特征信号提取及数据融合,建立了基于LabVIEW的喷溅监测系统,准确定位精炼过程喷溅状态,对精炼过程喷溅现象进行在线监测,改善了单传感器的定位精度。
In the argon-oxygen refining process, the slash signals from both vibration and audio sensors are extracted and fused. The on-line splash monitor based on LabVIEW is built to precisely determine the slash states. The online monitor with data fusion can improve the slash position accuracy.
