摘要
基于人类发展生态学理论建构缘起,提出了人类发展生态学理论——心理素质形塑论,并论述了心理素质形塑论的基本内涵、价值取向、基本观点和理论构架。心理素质形塑论的核心内容包括人的心理素质是可以定向形塑的,兼顾社会和个人发展需要,以个体遗传条件为基础,通过环境影响、系统教育、定向培养、自我形塑等心理素质形塑过程,依托家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育等外部机制和自我修养的内部机制,定向培养经济社会发展需要的全面发展的人。
On the basis of the presented theory of human development ecology, this article proposes shaping theory of psychological quality and illustrates its basic implication, value orientation, basic viewpoint and theory framework. Shaping theory of psychological quality considers that human psychological quality can be shaped directionally in accordance with social and personal development needs on the basis of individual genetic conditions. The psychological qualities shaping process has the environmental impact, system education, directed all-rounded talents aiming at economic and social education, self-shaping, and so on. To cultivate development needs, it should depend on internal mechanisms of self-cultivation and external mechanism such as family education, school education, social education.
