摘要
针对知识生产模式变革的情境中大学教师的行为越发表现出功利取向,用中国教育统计的实证数据揭示了中国大学教师行为的功利取向之表征:大学教师对应用型研究的偏好;外部科研资助导引的功利取向;市场活动的参与衍生的功利取向;精英主义的等级结构形塑的功利取向。指出在制度层面更好地平衡大学教师行为的利己功利和利他功利的取向,才能改变大学教师知识生产中的极端功利行为,从而促进大学教师知识生产的繁荣。
Under the circumstance of the change of knowledge production mode, university teachers' behavior displays even utilizable orientation. According to the Chinese educational statistics data, the writer tries to disclose some attributes of the behavior' s utilizable orientation, university teachers' preference to applied research, the utilitarian orientation guided by external research funding, the utilitarian orientation derived from market participation, the utilitarian orientation formed by the elitism hierarchical structure. From the institution, balancing the university teachers behavior' s utilizable orientation well can avoid the extreme utility of university teachers' knowledge production. Thus it can promote the prosperity of knowledge production of university teachers.
