摘要
我国学术近亲繁殖的状况已危害到大学的学术自由与学术创新,并且容易导致学术封闭。我国学术近亲繁殖问题的存在有其深刻的制度根源,主要表现为:大学内部治理体制的泛行政化;学术近亲繁殖防范制度缺位或制度执行不力;现存制度安排的影响;缺乏制度实施的文化环境等。目前大学学术近亲繁殖现象比较严重,说明原有的制度安排效率比较低。因此,必须设计一种新的更有效的制度来替代原有的制度,以实现对学术近亲繁殖的有效防范。
Faculty inbreeding has been harmful to academic freedom, academic innovation in Chinese University, and easily leads to academic closure. Faculty inbreeding problem has its profound root system which is mainly manifested by the following aspects, the administrativization of the university internal governance system; the ineffective implementation of faculty inbreeding prevent system; the influence of the existing institutional arrangements; the lack of cultural environment of system implementation. In order to realize the effective prevention of faculty inbreeding, there must be a new and more effective institutional system to replace the original one.
