摘要
环境污染随着经济的迅速发展日趋严重,环境群体性纠纷呈迅速上升趋势,我国己经进入了该类事件的多发期与敏感期。但我国现行解决该类纠纷的群体诉讼,即代表人诉讼因自身缺陷及环境群体性纠纷本身的特质并没有发挥其诉讼价值。完善代表人诉讼提高其解决环境群体性纠纷的能力对于构建和谐社会至关重要。
The cases of environmental group disputes are increasing dramatically in China currently caused by the environment pollution in the rapid economic development.The group litigation solution doesn't play its value because of its defects and the characteristics of environmental group disputes.Perfecting the current representative action in our country is important for the construction of a harmonious society.
