摘要
为了揭示HPS485wf钢动态再结晶组织演变行为,在不同的单道次热压缩变形条件下,进行了该钢动态再结晶过程的CA仿真.结果表明:随着变形温度升高,动态再结晶的孕育期缩短、速度加快,平均晶粒尺寸增加;随着应变速率加快,动态再结晶的孕育期延长、速度减慢,平均晶粒尺寸减小.
In order to study the evolution of dynamic recrystallization microstructure in HPS485wf steel, the simulations on dynamic recrystallization process at different single-pass hot-compressing condi tions were carried out by cellular automata(shortly called CA). The results show that with increasing de formation temperature, dynamic recrystallization(DRX)incubation period shortens, and its speed and aver age grain size increases;as the strain rate increases, the incubation period prolongs, and the velocity and av erage grain size for DRX decrease.
