摘要
中小企业融资难问题已成为制约中小企业生存和发展过程的重要瓶颈。基于此,重新审视中小企业的融资环境,分析中小企业融资效率,帮助中小企业选择融资方式,解决融资难问题,都有重要的理论和现实意义。
Financing has always restricted the survival and development of small and medium--sized enter-prises （SMEs）. The paper re-examines the financing environment for SMEs, analyses the financing effi-ciency and proposes the choices of financing for SMEs.
