通过对连云港市创业培训现状的分析,探讨了连云港市创业培训方面存在的问题,并从设置指导服务机构、完善配套政策、加强师资队伍建设、做好后续服务、提高培训效果、加强监督评估、加大宣传力度、扩大培训范围等8个方面提出了对连云港市创业培训模式构建的对策。

Upon analysis of the present situation of entrepreneurship training in Lianyungang, the paper discusses the problems and proposes countermeasures for the construction of Lianyungang entrepreneur-ship training model from the eight aspects, including guide service, supporting policies, teaching staff eon-struction, follow-up services, training effect, supervision and assessment, advocacy and training scope.
