摘要
高职院校学生生源类型层次复杂,基础薄弱,水平参差不齐,学习效率低;学生持不同学习目的,其学习态度各不相同,学生有自卑心理,严重影响学习效果。本文从以上三个方面分析了高职院校学生学习的特点与学习能力,以及相应对策。在阐明职业院校学生学习能力现状和制约职业院校学生学习能力因素的基础上,就进一步完善和发展我国职业教育进行了探索。
This essay analyses higher vocational students' learning ability and learning char- acteristics from 3 aspects: students' origin; learning level; learning aim and attitude, which have great impact on teaching efficiency, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Based on description of higher vocational students' learning situation and analysis on ele- ments restricting students' learning ability, this essay also makes in-depth exploration on further improvement and development of China's vocational education.
