党建工作作为大学生思想政治教育工作,对于培养和造就高素质人才具有重大意义。高职院校学生党员培养是高校党建工作的重要内容,本文在分析高职院校学生党建工作中存在的问题基础上,提出有效对策,以期能够推进高职院校党建工作的开展。

The work of Party construction, as one part of students＂ Ideological and political education, is of great significance in cultivating and bringing up hundreds of millions of high --quality talents. Higher vocational college student party members training is an important content of the university Party construction work. Based on the analysis of problems concerning students＇ Party Construction in Higher Vocational College, this essay proposes effective measures, in order to promote the development of Ideological and political education work in Higher Vocational colleges.
